酒店服務營運

2324年度，本校與香港城市大學專業進修學院協辦應用學習「酒店服務營運課程」，供中四學生選修，以教授酒店營運為主。修畢課程後，學生亦能初步認識酒店服務領域，了解行業發展，探究自己將來的路向。課程共有7個單元，共180課時。完成後可選擇升讀與休閒及旅遊、酒店管理、食品生產及服務等相關的課程，更可從事與休閒及娛樂、酒店及旅遊業、食品生產及服務、航班服務、展覽支援服務等相關的工作。

Hospitality Services in Practice

In academic year 2324, our school collaborated with the School of Continuing and Professional Education at City University of Hong Kong to offer an applied learning “Hospitality Services in Practice” for Form 4 students. The course primarily focuses on teaching hotel operations. Upon completion of the course, students will have a preliminary understanding of the hotel service field, industry developments, and explore their future career paths. The course consists of 7 units, totaling 180 hours. After completing the course, students can choose to pursue further studies in related fields such as leisure and tourism, hotel management, food production and services, and can also engage in relevant jobs in leisure and entertainment, hotel and tourism industry, food production and services, flight services and exhibition support services.
