I. Objectives

Through diversified teaching in this program, we hope that students will be able to:

  1. Acquire fundamental chemistry knowledge and communicate using chemical terminology;

  2. Understand how to conduct chemistry experiments and observe and analyze things accurately and objectively;

  3. Think independently and scientifically, make rational decisions, and solve problems;

  4. Develop a good learning attitude and a spirit of inquiry;

  5. Recognize the impact of chemistry on society, economy, environment, and technology, and care about their surrounding environment and community;

  6. Prepare for further studies or employment in STEM-related fields;

  7. Align with national security education to enhance students’ sense of national identity, law-abiding spirit, and awareness and responsibility for maintaining national security.

 

II. Goals

  1. Organize advanced remedial classes to accommodate students' learning differences.

  2. Improve students' performance in public exams and overall passing rates.

  3. Encourage students to become active learner and create their own electronic study notes.

  4. Organize school activities to increase students' interest and understanding of the program.

  5. Align with national security education to enhance students’ sense of national identity and their awareness and responsibility for maintaining national security.
