Liu Zi Han (3A) of our Visual Arts Department participated in the 29th National Primary and Secondary School Painting and Calligraphy Competition (Hong Kong Region), organized by the China Children's Centre and hosted by the Kowloon Youth Joint Conference. The results were recently announced, and Lau was awarded the Second Prize in the Calligraphy category for her outstanding work.
The competition is a national-level arts education event approved by the Ministry of Education, with over 17 million student participants cumulatively across 34 provincial-level administrative regions. It is a widely recognized activity promoting youth development and artistic expression. This year's theme was "My Favourite Chinese Style." Liu attended the Hong Kong region award ceremony to receive her commendation.
